Woodland Trails Scout Reservation

At Woodland Trails, we pride ourselves on the dedication and spirit our staff has in all of our programs and activities. We believe in complete customer service to all of the troops and packs that visit us each summer. If you are dynamic, hard working, and dedicated to the scouting program and values, we want you to work for us this summer!

Staff members must be registered members of the Boy Scouts of America (don't worry if you're not - we can help!) and at least 15 years old. Certain supervisory positions require the applicant to be at least 18 or 21 years of age, please read the application thoroughly to make sure you are eligible. We welcome counselors-in-traing (CITs) to join us each summer to learn what working at Woodland Trails is all about - they must be at least 14 years old and are not paid, but do receive complimentary room and board. CITs are hired on a weekly basis, and may be invited to return for additional sessions.
